We keep right-handed and left-handed men's regular flex sets in the trailer, but you are more than welcome to use your own clubs. We will supply golf balls for use as well. You're welcome to use your own golf clubs, but we ask that they are free from sharpie and scuffs so as not to damage the projection screen. No outside golf balls are permitted for use.

Thanks to our modular setup and variety of activities we can facilitate a large number of people! Whether playing on the golf sim, one of the many arcade cabinets, or participating in some relaxing yard games. Specifically relating to the golf simulator, we can facilitate up to 8 users in a round of golf or game, but (for safety purposes) only one player can swing in the swing area at a time.

Nope! We can also facilitate multiple carnival games, driving range, short game platform, long drive contests, closest to the pin contests, etc. In addition we can connect the VR simulations up to the Golf Sim projector OR even hook up other video game consoles. CartCade is here to meet your needs!

Set up and tear down both take roughly 45 minutes - 1 hour. We will show up 1 hour prior to your start time to get things taken care of, answer any questions, or make any requested accommodations. If arrival greater than 1 hour before is necessary, additional charges may apply.

As long as we don’t have a booking after you, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional charges equivalent to your original hourly booking rate will be applied.

We will always to our best to accommodate all requests for customizations! That is why our trailer is designed to be modular. If there is not already a booking in advance which requires these items then YES you most certainly can. However, a modular booking request will be subject to cancellation if a full booking is scheduled.

A conventional 15 amp circuit will suffice to power the CartCade mobile simulator unit. The electrical outlet should ideally be situated within a 100-foot radius of the designated parking area. Should electrical access be unavailable, rest assured, as we are equipped to provide power to the simulator using our generator. This service incurs a fee of $50.

For the golf Sim ONLY, while having site provided wifi or other internet connection capabilities is preferable, we utilize a mobile hotspot which will allow us access to internet anywhere with cell service. Additionally, should an internet connection AND hotspot capabilities not be possible, our FSX 2020 software will allow for offline play, but this must be set up in advance.
