Things to verify before booking!

  • Parking Requirements

The mobile simulator necessitate a minimum of 36 feet of uninterrupted parking space that is a minimum of 16 feet wide and 13 feet tall, complete with a well-defined entry and exit route which MUST be open during the set up and tear down phases. Roughly 25 feet in length by 12 feet wide for operational phases. After being set up, we can park the truck in another location to allow for your guests to park closer to the event venue.

  • Parking Reservations

Kindly arrange for the reservation of parking space for CartCade to set up on the evening preceding your event. In many cases, rudimentary homemade signs can suffice for this purpose. Should you require assistance in procuring reserved parking signs or cones, please do not hesitate to inform us; we are capable of providing aid in this matter.

  • Pre-Event Planning

Optimal conditions for the mobile simulator encompass a carefully chosen, flat parking surface. While on-street parking could potentially serve as an alternative, any arrangements or reservations for street parking will fall under the purview of the client's responsibilities. Given CartCade’s footprint, it might be imperative to conduct a preliminary site evaluation before the event, aimed at appraising the suitability of your chosen location. In numerous instances, we can efficiently carry out this assessment by utilizing Google Maps. However, certain scenarios may warrant an on-site visit in person to ensure accurate evaluation and planning.

  • Power/Internet Requirements

A conventional 15 amp circuit will suffice to power the You Golf mobile simulator unit. The electrical outlet should ideally be situated within a 100-foot radius of the designated parking area. Should electrical access be unavailable, rest assured, as we are equipped to provide power to the simulator using our generator. This service incurs a fee of $50.

For the golf Sim ONLY, while having site provided wifi or other internet connection capabilities is preferable, we utilize a mobile hotspot which will allow us access to internet anywhere with cell service. Additionally, should an internet connection AND hotspot capabilities not be possible, our FSX 2020 software will allow for offline play, but this must be set up in advance.
